With its 30 years experience of serving bakeries, our business has decided to invest a lot of its energy to create a product  with excellent characteristics to satisfy the modern concept of tasting bread in its natural simplicity.

A thank you to our customers who have helped us to test the product in the laboratory, and to our suppliers that we have recommended the best selection of raw materials.

“Italobread ancient grain” is itself a real patriotic message; the union of three different types of flours coming from the North, the center and the South of Italy, didn’t come by chance: across the country from Bolzano, to Florence and Palermo, early in the morning, when our bakers arrange the bread in the baskets around their shops you can smell the same marvellous aroma of fresh baked bread: smell and taste of Italy !
